Conversational analytics enables colleagues to ask questions about data using natural language, as if they were speaking with a data analyst. Instead of searching through dashboards or creating reports in Google Analytics, users can simply ask their question directly to a chatbot. This makes data more accessible, increases flexibility, improves speed, and allows for a stronger focus on action.

At the end of 2025, Odido started developing a conversational analytics AI chatbot and is excited to showcase it. The presentation will also cover the development process and key learnings.

From 2012 through 2025, she worked as a Digital Data Analyst, and she is now the Product Owner of the Digital Tech Data team, focusing on the technical side of personalization. With a background as an analyst in eCommerce, she understands the context and applications of data and is able to connect the technical aspects with organizational challenges.
